Deactivating or deleting your account?

We do not have the option to delete or deactivate an account from the console. Please reach out to [e-mail] for any such requests.

If you are an org admin, we'll be unable to delete your account as your account is associated with an organization. Deletion of Organizations is currently not allowed because Organization is the core part of Spydra accounts. Please transfer your ownership of the Organization admin to one of the team members to process your request.
