# Update Price

Admins have the ability to update the price of a token under the Token Management section. Currently, only the price of equity tokens can be increased. Follow these steps to update the token price:

1. **Access Token Listings:**
   * Click on 'My Listings' and select the token for which you want to update the price from the list by clicking on it.
2. **Update Token Price:**
   * Open the Token tab within the selected listing.
   * Locate the 'Update Price' option beside the token price.
   * Click on 'Update Price' to enter the new token price.
3. **Confirm Price Update:**
   * Connect your wallet and approve the transaction to finalize the price update.

Both admins and investors can view the price trend if a price update has occurred. This information will be displayed on the token sale page for investors and on the investment page, providing detailed insights into past price changes.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.spydra.app/how-to/public-chain/manage-token-lifecycle/update-price.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
