  1. Road Map

Governance

ORWA Governance framework is designed to ensure transparency, inclusivity, and alignment with the interests of all stakeholders.

  1. Decentralised Governance Model

  • Community Voting: ORWA token holders participate in platform governance by voting on key decisions, including protocol upgrades, fee structures, and new asset classes for tokenization.

  • Proposal Submission: Any token holder can submit proposals for platform improvements, which are then reviewed and voted on by the community.

  • Governance Council: An elected governance council oversees the implementation of voted decisions, ensuring that the platform remains aligned with its mission and values.

  1. Incentivized Participation:

  • Staking for Voting Rights: Users can stake ORWA tokens to gain voting rights, incentivizing long-term commitment and active participation in governance.

  • Rewards for Participation: Active governance participants are rewarded with additional ORWA tokens, fostering ongoing engagement and community involvement.
